Aquanero’s warranty period is 12 months from the original date of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear of components, damage caused by accident or mishandling, or the loss or theft of your watch. Any modification of your watch by the addition of non-original parts or the substitution of parts with non-original parts will void your warranty.
Example of items covered under warranty: hands fallen off, faulty movement, loose index, ect.
Example of items not covered under warranty: dented case from watch being dropped, scratches on crystal, other wear and tear related issues, etc.
To accurately process your repair request, we may require photos or video showing the defect(s). We may ask that you do some limited troubleshooting in the case of any mechanical malfunctions to try and better assess the repair needed.
If your Aquanero timepiece was purchased through an online retail partner or offline store, please send your warranty request to them directly. We will repair or replace your watch if the defect is covered by the warranty.
Please be as descriptive as possible regarding the issue with your watch to ensure an expedited process. Please note that it can take up to 48hrs to respond to warranty inquiries.
